Job summary

KBP Brands is seeking a Shift Manager at Sonic Drive-In in Berea, KY to lead a team, oversee daily operations, and deliver an iconic Sonic experience. This role offers growth into Assistant Manager and Restaurant Manager positions within our expanding franchise.

You will supervise crew, coordinate shift coverage, and uphold service standards while working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Training is provided and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver the Sonic experience and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage shifts, ensure quality guest service, safety, and compliance with standards.
• Support training, scheduling, and career growth opportunities within KBP Brands.
