Sonic Drive-In in Tennessee is seeking a energetic Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team, keep operations running smoothly, and deliver the Sonic guest experience. You will train staff, schedule shifts, and ensure safety and quality standards while upholding company values and supporting career growth within KBP Brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Must be 18 years old.

What you bring to the table:

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
