Job summary

Sonic Drive-In, franchised by KBP Brands, invites you to join as a Shift Manager. Lead front-line teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced setting.

You will train and supervise staff, oversee shifts, and uphold safety, quality, and service standards while fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Requires at least 1 year supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand/walk during shifts; operate restaurant equipment.

What You Bring To The Table

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
