You’ll guide frontline staff, ensure exceptional guest service, and support a collaborative culture within KBP Brands’ growing franchise network.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and keep operations running smoothly to deliver the Sonic experience.
• Manage daily shift duties and guest service, ensuring safety and quality standards.
