Job summary

KBP Brands is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Sonic Drive-In in Lexington, SC. You will oversee daily operations, uphold Sonic standards, and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will work with the Managing Partner on training, scheduling, inventory, and financials, while driving growth and protecting the brand. Requirements include 1+ year in a similar role, 18+, and ability to close two nights weekly.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations while upholding Sonic standards and policies.
• Lead the team in training, scheduling, and performance management alongside the Managing Partner.
• Manage inventory, ensure food safety compliance, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Oversee financial responsibilities, including cash handling and expense control; partner to drive growth and protect the brand.
