Sonic Drive-In, proudly franchised by KBP Brands, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and uphold Sonic standards. You’ll work closely with theManaging Partner to train the team, schedule effectively, and manage performance.

This role includes inventory, food safety, and financial oversight to drive growth and protect the brand. Ideal candidates have 1+ year as an AGM in food service or retail with P&L responsibility, and availability to close the restaurant several nights

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail.
• Profit and loss responsibility experience.

• Support the Managing Partner by leading the team in training, scheduling, and performance management.

• Oversee financial responsibilities, including cash handling and expense control.

As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll also be eligible for a restaurant performance bonus, paid every period.

What You’ll Do As An Assistant General Manager

What You Bring To The Table

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility (quick service experience preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
