Job summary

KBP Drive-In, part of KBP Brands, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Sonic Drive-In location in Bluffton, SC. You will oversee daily operations, uphold Sonic standards, and support the Managing Partner by leading the team in training, scheduling, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail.
• Must be 18+ and able to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Strong leadership, training, and people management skills.
• Experience with inventory, food safety, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do As An Assistant General Manager

What You Bring To The Table

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility (quick service experience preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
