Job summary

KBP Brands is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Sonic Drive-In locations in South Carolina. This role focuses on leading daily operations, training teams, and upholding brand standards while driving guest satisfaction and store performance.

You will manage schedules, coach staff, and handle financial duties, with opportunities for growth within the KBP Brand family. This position offers benefits, training, and career advancement potential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations while upholding Sonic standards and policies.
• Support the Managing Partner by leading the team in training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage inventory, ensure food safety compliance, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Oversee financial responsibilities, including cash handling and expense control.
• Partner with the Managing Partner to drive growth initiatives and protect Sonic's brand reputation.
