The STRAT Las Vegas is seeking a seasoned Sommelier to support the food and beverage department by advising guests on wine selections, managing wine inventory, and curating wine lists tailored to the venue.

In this part-time role, you will maintain wine inventory, conduct tastings, ensure compliance with gaming policies, and provide outstanding guest service while collaborating with an energetic team.

• 2 years of fine dining experience with a focus on wine service.
• Advanced knowledge of wine varietals, regions, production methods, and food pairing.
• Excellent verbal, written, and group presentation communication skills.
• Knowledge of cuisine and wine pairing principles.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
