Role Description

The Sommelier is a full-time, on-site position based at Little Palm Island in Summerland Key, FL. This role is responsible for curating and managing the wine program, including selecting wines, maintaining inventory, and ensuring proper storage and presentation. The Sommelier will guide guests through wine lists, provide pairing recommendations for menu items, and lead tastings or educational experiences to enhance the dining journey. Daily responsibilities include collaborating closely with culinary and food & beverage teams, supporting wine sales, training service staff on wine knowledge, and upholding service standards in all guest interactions.
