Job summary

University of Utah Health is seeking a SOM Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects within the Plastic & Reconstruct Surgery department. This role ensures scope, schedule, and budget adherence while coordinating internal resources and external vendors.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least two years of PM experience, and PMP certification may be preferred.

• Determines objectives and measures to evaluate the project at its completion.
• Executes the project according to the project plan.
• Monitors the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary.
• Ensures the project deliverables are on time, within budget and meet quality expectations.

Job Summary

The incumbent works closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule. Coordinates internal resources and vendors to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
