Job summary

My Green Network in California seeks a Lab Technician – Level 1 to support solventless production, ensuring quality and safety. You will operate and maintain solventless equipment, follow SOPs, and assist with washing, pressing, post-processing, and packaging as part of a collaborative team.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with full-time, on-site work in Santa Ana, CA.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in engineering/related field.
• Hands-on experience with solventless equipment and production processes.
• Strong understanding of basic physics, lab procedures, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, clean, and maintain solventless production equipment.
• Set up and execute solventless manufacturing processes according to SOPs.
• Monitor washing, collection, pressing, and post-production workflows.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production records and lab activity logs.
• Communicate effectively with team members to support smooth operations.
