Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in chemical manufacturing or distillation.
- Ability to read gauges and follow operating procedures.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and environmental compliance.
- Familiarity with plant utilities and process equipment.
Responsibilities
- Operate distillation units and recover solvents from chemical processes.
- Monitor and adjust heat and feed to maintain safe operation.
- Operate three distillation columns and related equipment.
- Log hourly operations and collect samples for testing.
- Enter work orders in ERP and coordinate repairs with Maintenance.
- Follow safety permits, hot work, line breaks, lockout/tagout procedures.
- Identify equipment problems and report deviations.
