Job summary

Canopy is seeking a Solutions Specialist in Draper, UT to partner with customers in designing, building, and maintaining custom Insights reports using ThoughtSpot within the Canopy system.

You will gather requirements, translate needs into data-driven reports, and work with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to deliver high-quality configurations and documentation. A hybrid schedule is offered with MWF in Utah.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in data analytics or reporting, BI tool configuration, or client facing implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into data requirements.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of workflow and work-in-progress (WIP) concepts.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Project management. Organizational skills, creativity, curiosity, and a solution-oriented focus are a must.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated with the latest Canopy product updates.
• Develop rapport with customers to understand their business needs and provide guidance.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness in deliverables to customers.

The Opportunity

As a Solutions Specialist, you will be a dedicated resource for our customers to assist in building out custom reports using our Insights tool, powered by Thoughtspot, in their Canopy system. You will collaborate with clients and product specialists to get all the information necessary to build out a successful Insights report. You will also collaborate with our Product teams to provide feedback on how to make Canopy Insights even better.

Hybrid MWF in South Jordan, UT

What You'll Do:
