Design and deploy customized software solutions
Lead client projects from discovery to implementation
Deliver dynamic demos and hands-on training
Provide Help Desk support and conduct business reviews
Spot opportunities to enhance and expand existing solutions
Network services tied to imaging systems
Workflow & software solutions like:
DocuWare
Cloud-hosted faxing
Digital document routing & storage

What You Bring

Associate’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
2+ years in IT, with hands-on software/networking experience
Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments
Familiarity with Print Solutions, MFP Enablement, ECM platforms
Bonus: Certifications in relevant software
