Solutions Sales Specialist - UCaaS and CCaaS Solutions

Overview

As a Solutions Sales Specialist, you will support our direct sales team by consulting with customers on next-generation collaboration solutions, including cloud-based IP communication services. You will develop strategic plans, collaborate with account teams, and help deliver innovative solutions that connect people worldwide.

Responsibilities
  1. Partner with sales and account teams to understand client needs and drive sales.
  2. Consult on Unified Communications and collaboration solutions, including cloud-based IP communication services.
  3. Architect complex solutions and develop strategic plans for clients.
  4. Build business cases and assist customers in selecting our solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or four+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience selling and advising on complex technical solutions for large business clients.
Preferred Skills
  • Expertise in Unified Communications and Collaboration products, including cloud-based IP communication services (Cisco HCS, Broadworks, IP trunking, video/audio conferencing).
  • Experience selling strategic enterprise solutions like IP Telephony (SIP), VoIP/PBX, Video Conferencing, etc.
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
Additional Information

Salary ranges from $98,500 to $171,600 annually, depending on location and experience. This is a commission-based position with earning potential.
