Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Solutions Sales Manager to lead strategic sales efforts across our portfolio of enterprise IT services. This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional with a strong background in building long-term client relationships and delivering complex technology solutions.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally, to identify business needs, shape solution strategies, and drive multi-phase digital transformation initiatives. Success in this role requires deep experience selling professional IT services in competitive markets, particularly within enterprise and mid-market organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Development & Growth: Cultivate executive-level relationships at enterprise clients. Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities through strategic account development and consultative engagement.
  • Solution Selling: Sell AgreeYa’s full suite of IT services including cloud enablement, application modernization, cybersecurity, automation, and digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Teams: Partner with internal solution architects and project delivery teams to design and scope solutions aligned to client needs.
  • Sales Execution: Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Proposal and Presentation Development: Deliver compelling, client-focused presentations and proposals that highlight value and differentiation.
  • Market Awareness: Maintain awareness of market trends, client industry challenges, and competitor offerings to inform sales strategy.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise IT consulting, digital transformation, or managed services sales.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals in a complex sales environment.
  • Prior experience selling to enterprise clients (mid-market to large organizations), ideally in regulated or highly technical industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with an ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the IT services landscape, including cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, application development, and modernization.
  • Experience working for a consulting firm, systems integrator, or solutions provider.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience using Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid capacity with travel to client sites and company offices.

Compensation Transparency

This is a full-time, exempt position that includes a base salary + bonus + commission. Total compensation is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal equity.

In accordance with California Senate Bill 1162, a reasonable pay range for this role will be provided upon request and during the interview process.
