Job summary

ORANGE CONNEX GLOBAL USA INC. in Chicago is seeking a Solution Designer to independently design logistics solutions, align requirements, and manage the full feature lifecycle from development to release to improve timeliness and customer experience.

You will research industry logistics products, produce BRD and training materials, and coordinate small-to-medium projects with domestic and overseas teams, delivering foundational training and documentation for global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field; preferred domains include Supply Chain, Logistics or E-commerce.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain or cross-border logistics product planning or solution consulting.
• English fluency for overseas communication.

Responsibilities

• Design logistics solutions aligned with business requirements and manage full feature design, development, testing, and release.
• Produce BRD and other business documentation; coordinate with product/R&D to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead small-to-medium projects across domestic and overseas teams; escalate strategic decisions as needed.
• Write training materials and provide basic training/Q&A support to global teams.

Job description

Based on the business needs of cross-border e-commerce logistics and supply chain, independently complete logistics solution design, requirement alignment, and implementation follow-up. Conduct in-depth research on merchant and operational pain points, proactively produce standardized BRD documents and training materials, drive independent delivery of small-to-medium-sized projects, and continuously optimize logistics timeliness and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation Follow-Up

• Align with business-side supply chain product requirements, independently complete routine logistics solution design, and follow up on the full process of product feature design, development, testing, and release. Timely update progress and track implementation. Possess autonomous decision-making authority for routine logistics solution design; solutions involving strategic clients or significant resource investment must be escalated to the Senior Solution Manager for confirmation.

Requirement Research & Solution Optimization

• Conduct research on industry logistics products, merchant experience, and operational pain points. Evaluate routine logistics solutions and independently complete BRD and other business documentation.
• Independently carry out research on industry logistics products, merchant experience, and operational pain points, evaluate and propose optimization directions for routine logistics solutions, and independently complete BRD and other business documentation.
• Take on coordination and promotion responsibilities for small-to-medium-sized projects. Liaise with domestic and overseas business teams to confirm requirements, assist in evaluating priorities, and collaborate with product and R&D teams to ensure smooth solution delivery.

Documentation & Business Enablement

• Write basic-level training documents covering product features, operational procedures, and solution guides. Assist in delivering foundational training and Q&A support to domestic and overseas business teams.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, E-commerce, or related fields preferred.

Work Experience:

• 5 years or more of work experience in supply chain or cross-border logistics-related product planning, requirements analysis, or solution consulting. Candidates with outstanding qualifications may be considered with slightly relaxed requirements.

Language:

• Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, sufficient for daily overseas communication needs.

Technical Acumen:

• Familiar with cross-border logistics and supply chain basic operational processes and business models.
• Understand fundamental methods of logistics solution design and process optimization.

Soft Skills:

• Possess business sensitivity and a customer-oriented mindset, able to identify problems through operational processes and data analysis, and propose executable solutions.
• Good communication, coordination, and execution skills, capable of independently driving the full process of small-to-medium-sized projects from requirements to launch.
• Clear logical thinking, strong learning ability, meticulous and organized work style, able to independently produce well-structured BRD and solution documents.
• Possess basic innovative thinking, able to proactively identify solution optimization opportunities and propose improvement suggestions.
