Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role in SaaS.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions and managing POC engagements.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and modern SaaS integrations; able to explain technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
• Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Adobe Commerce/Magento, BigCommerce) and/or shipping, carrier rating, order management.
• Experience with HubSpot and building internal tools to improve workflows.
• Strong curiosity and a consultative problem-solving approach.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Implementation to design scalable shipping solutions.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, solution design discussions, and POC engagements.
• Demonstrate how ShipperHQ solves complex challenges with product expertise and real-world use cases.
• Collaborate with Technical Support to share best practices and ensure customer success.
• Voice of the customer by identifying gaps and shaping future roadmap priorities.
• Develop technical enablement resources and share product knowledge across teams.
• Stay current on eCommerce platforms, integrations, and industry trends.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders through guidance.
