Job summary

Kong Inc. is expanding its Solution Engineering team to support Enterprise Strategic accounts in the UAE region.

You will align with Account Executives and lead the technical sale cycle for new and existing customers, driving adoption and success of Kong’s API Management connectivity solutions. You will engage with C-level executives, product managers, and engineers, delivering demos, PoCs, and technical documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pre-sales Solution Engineering or relevant SaaS/enterprise software experience.
• Experience with Open-source technology.
• Foundational knowledge of API Management, cloud trends, open-source business models.
• Confident in presenting to C-level executives and product/engineers.

Responsibilities

• Support field sales in communicating value of Kong API Management connectivity solutions.
• Grow trusted client relationships through the full sales lifecycle; discovery to production.
• Support PoCs throughout evaluation process.
• Onboard and train new customers and expand revenue with existing accounts.
