Job summary

Code Metal is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join the intersection of engineering, prototyping, and customer growth. You will turn opportunities into working technical systems, validating solutions through PoCs and guiding early deployment with our platform.

The role requires a strong technical background across software and hardware, curiosity for unfamiliar domains, and the ability to rapidly prototype and iterate with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong technical foundation in CS, systems or related fields.
• Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar domains and translate into experiments.
• Strong debugging and prototyping skills spanning software and hardware.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Turn scoped customer opportunities into working technical solutions.
• Collaborate with customer engineers to understand needs and translate to plans.
• Prototype, integrate, validate PoCs, and transition to production.
• Lead PoCs with cross-functional teams to demonstrate value.
• Debug across CPU/GPU/FPGA and optimize performance.
