Agave is building the financial ops platform for construction. We’re hiring a generalist to become an expert on our product and lead customer implementations, guiding customers through their Agave journey.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience at a SaaS startup is highly preferred.
• Aptitude in structured troubleshooting.
• Strong systems thinking and data inter-dependencies.
• Context-specific communication with customers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding end-to-end with sales handoff.
• Conduct technical demos and discovery with prospects.
• Project-manage multiple onboardings and track milestones.
• Identify churn risks and upsell opportunities and feed back to product.
