As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for helping existing BPM customers further their technology footprint. You will be supported by the Go-to-Market team, including marketing, operations, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

  1. Working with existing BPM customers to expand their NetSuite and Salesforce footprint.
  2. Providing technical and functional information on ERP, CRM, and adjacent technologies.
  3. Providing demonstrations of relevant technology platforms.
  4. Maintaining ongoing relationships with existing customers to foster satisfaction, referencability, and future revenue growth.
  5. Creating and reviewing Statements of Work with prospects.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years implementing or using enterprise application solutions (preferably NetSuite).
  2. Ability to operate well as an individual contributor and as a team player.
  3. Detail-oriented with effective writing and speaking skills.
  4. Excellent presentation skills for product demonstrations and documentation review.

Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000 a year on target earnings, including commissions. The salary range is intended for candidates meeting the minimum requirements. Candidates outside the desired locations, those not meeting or exceeding requirements, are encouraged to apply, and recruiters will provide specific ranges based on location and qualifications.
