Rain is seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer to help customers and partners integrate and scale our stablecoin and blockchain infrastructure. You’ll be the technical liaison between product, engineering, and business teams, delivering reliable, secure solutions across payments, remittances, DeFi, treasury automation, and enterprise blockchain integrations.

This hybrid role blends deep technical work with client-facing communication.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, distributed systems, and crypto payment flows.
• Experience working with REST APIs, Webhooks, SDKs, and backend integration patterns.
• Hands-on coding ability in at least one language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, Rust).
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand client technical requirements and architect integrations using our APIs, SDKs, wallets, and blockchain infrastructure.
• Scope and design end-to-end solutions for stablecoin issuance, transfers, treasury operations, and blockchain connectivity.
• Create integration plans, technical diagrams, and deployment recommendations tailored to each client environment.
• Serve as the primary technical contact during pre-sales, onboarding, and early adoption phases.
• Run technical workshops, demos, and POCs to showcase product capabilities.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers, fintechs, exchanges, and ecosystem partners for successful implementation.
• Provide hands-on guidance during integration, working with developers, DevOps, and security teams.
• Diagnose and resolve API, blockchain, and infrastructure issues, escalating to engineering when needed.
• Gather customer insights to influence product roadmaps and feature prioritization.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver scalable and repeatable technical solutions.
• Contribute to technical documentation, integration guides, and internal playbooks.

About The Role

A highly skilled Solutions Engineer to join our team and help customers, partners, and institutional clients successfully integrate and scale with our stablecoin and blockchain infrastructure. As a key technical liaison between our product, engineering, and business teams, you will design and deliver solutions that demonstrate the reliability, security, and utility of our technology across diverse use cases—including payments, remittances, DeFi, treasury automation, and enterprise blockchain integrations.

This is a hybrid role that blends technical expertise with customer‑facing communication. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients from initial discovery through implementation and long‑term success.

What You’ll Do

• Understand client technical requirements and architect integrations using our APIs, SDKs, wallets, and blockchain infrastructure
• Scope and design end-to-end solutions for stablecoin issuance, transfers, treasury operations, and blockchain connectivity
• Create integration plans, technical diagrams, and deployment recommendations tailored to each client’s environment
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact during pre‑sales, onboarding, and early adoption phases
• Run technical workshops, demos, and Proofs of Concept (POCs) to showcase product capabilities
• Collaborate with enterprise customers, fintechs, exchanges, and ecosystem partners to ensure successful implementation
• Provide hands‑on guidance during integration, working closely with developers, DevOps teams, and security stakeholders
• Diagnose and resolve API, blockchain, and infrastructure-level issues, escalating to engineering when neededAdvocate for best practices around operational security, key management, transaction monitoring, and compliance-friendly architecture
• Gather customer insights to influence product roadmaps and feature prioritization
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver scalable and repeatable technical solutions
• Contribute to technical documentation, integration guides, and internal playbooks

What we’re looking for

• Prior experience supporting enterprise or fintech integrations

Compensation Range: $170K - $210K
