• Consultative sales to understand customer needs and recommend solutions
• Learn and communicate product/service expertise across batteries, automotive, and tech categories
• Own the customer experience from greeting to checkout and support business customers through Commercial Sales
• Assist with store operations and maintain merchandising and daily execution
