Batteries Plus - DL Myers Inc is seeking a dependable Retail Sales Consultant at our Timonium, MD location. You will engage customers, assess needs, and tailor solutions across batteries, automotive keys, lighting, and device repair while maintaining store standards.

No prior battery or repair experience required; training is provided. The role emphasizes customer service, problem solving, and opportunities for growth into leadership or specialized sales tracks.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and services.
• Comfort with technology and basic math for transactions.

Responsabilités

• Engage customers, understand needs, and recommend optimal products and services.
• Build product knowledge across batteries, automotive, keys, lighting, and repairs.
• Guide customers from greeting to checkout, including connecting business customers with Commercial Sales.
• Support inventory, merchandising, daily store execution, and opening/closing as needed.
