Job summary

Air Liquide Advanced Materials in Branchburg, NJ seeks a Solutions Development Manager to lead design and industrialization of manufacturing solutions, collaborating with Process Development, Operations and external vendors to meet safety, quality and cost targets.

Responsibilities include coordinating solution development, defining project scope, and delivering robust, scalable processes from Pre-FEED through FEED with strong focus on risk, cost, and schedule control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the solution development process.
• Review project objectives with stakeholders.
• Develop solution comparison tables to facilitate selection.
• Establish project scope of work with operations, site, process and mechanical engineering, product management.
• Establish project cost estimates and secure approval.
• Provide initial project schedule assumptions with project management.
• Perform initial risk evaluation (PRI) and Project Risk Assessment (PRA).
• Lead project development through approval and handover to project teams.
• Support the Project Controls team with investment documentation (CPR and RIC).
• Ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence of developed solutions.
