Title: Solution Consultant / Sales Engineer
Position details: Full-time, exempt, remote position in the US only
Reports to: VP, NA Solution Consultants
Salary range: $120,000 - $140,000

Role and Responsibilities
This role requires the candidate to work independently but also as part of the broader North American Sales team, both from a home office environment and in the field. Travel is required to visit select customers, prospects, or partners, and to participate in sales and marketing events.
The Solution Consultant will work closely with Netstock's Sales, Marketing, and Channel Partner teams across North America. This role provides critical presales support to Account Executives and Account Managers by helping qualify opportunities, craft tailored supply chain planning solutions, and deliver high-impact product demonstrations. The Solution Consultant also supports product understanding and knowledge transfer between departments, helping to ensure customer success post-sale.
Key responsibilities include
- Deliver compelling demonstrations of the Netstock platform, articulating how it solves real-world supply chain and inventory challenges
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Managers to define customer pain points and craft tailored solution narratives
- Lead workshops with customers and partners to shape optimal solutions integrated with the customer's ERP system
- Train and educate partner teams on how to position Netstock in their own sales motions
- Present at events and conferences (~4 annually), including on-stand demos and thought leadership sessions
- Support the sales-to-success handover process to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for customers
- Address follow-up questions and conduct analysis for prospects during the sales process (typically 2-5 per engagement)
- Share learnings and collaborate with Solution Consultants/Sales Engineers globally to refine presales best practices
Required Skills- Strong understanding of inventory planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain management
- Proficiency with software tools such as Salesforce, Zoom, and SaaS platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking
- Strong ability to demonstrate complex SaaS software to diverse audiences
- Ability to self-manage, meet deadlines, and contribute to a team environment
- Sales acumen with the ability to influence buying decisions through solution storytelling
- Being a current or former Netstock user is highly favorable
Qualifications and Education RequirementsCandidates should have experience supporting the sale and implementation of inventory planning or supply chain software. The ideal candidate has strong presales skills, the ability to work independently, and experience training others-particularly channel partners-on solution value and positioning.
