Job summary

Certara seeks an experienced Solutions Consultant to support the pre-sales lifecycle for Phoenix Enterprise offerings. You will collaborate with clients, commercial teams, and product management to define, position, and implement solutions for clinical pharmacology and DMPK operations.

The role requires engaging with prospective clients, delivering demos, translating challenges into proposals, and supporting post-sale implementations within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacometrics, data science, or related field.
• 2-5 years of pharma industry experience (sponsor and vendor-side).
• Deep understanding of clinical pharmacology and DMPK, including data analysis and modeling.
• Experience supporting complex software solutions in a consultative role.
• Familiarity with PK/PD regulatory expectations and tools like Phoenix WinNonlin and NLME.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to understand clinical pharmacology requirements.
• Deliver tailored solution demos and presentations; collaborate with sales to package and position offerings.
• Translate client challenges into actionable product recommendations and custom proposals.
• Support post-sale implementation efforts, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operations.
• Serve as a liaison between Commercial and Product teams to capture market feedback and contribute to product roadmap planning.
• Maintain subject matter expertise on clinical pharmacology standards and regulatory expectations across sponsor and CRO organizations.
