Job summary

Logisnext Americas Inc. is seeking a Solution Consultant to integrate automated solutions into customer facilities and develop AGV systems tailored to intralogistics needs in North America.

You will collaborate with integrators and partners and report to the Director of Solution Development. You will work closely with sales, engineering, and operations to deliver technically sound, timely solutions and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in solution development or application engineering or system engineering, preferably in automation.
• Strong technical background with exposure to automation, robotics, and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, project management, and engineering teams to identify customer needs and develop innovative solutions.
• Responsible for logistics planning and calculation of AGV systems.
• Manage the entire technical solution development process during the sales phase, including conceptualization, design, and documentation.
• Contribute to the development of standard tools and processes used within the team.
• Ensure solutions are delivered within the deadlines set by our customers.
• Maintain relationships with development teams of suppliers, key customers, and partners.
• Create solution specifications (technical and design aspects).
• Communicate the technical design to the project manager and the implementation team.
• Other duties as assigned.

In this role you will report to the Director of Solution Development.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, project management, and engineering teams to identify customer needs and develop innovative solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.


• Responsible for logistics planning and calculation of automated guided vehicle (AGV) systems.


• Manage the entire technical solution development process during the sales phase, including conceptualization, design, and documentation.


• Contribute to the development of standard tools and processes used within the team.


• Ensure solutions are delivered within the deadlines set by our customers.


• In coordination with sales and operations, maintain relationships with development teams of our suppliers, key customers, and partners.


• Create solution specifications (technical and design aspects).


• Communicate the technical design to the project manager and the implementation team.


• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Your Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.


• 3+ years of experience in solution development or application engineering or system engineering, preferably in the automation industry.


• Strong technical background with exposure to automation, robotics, and control systems.
