Where the onboarding role gets firms live, this role makes sure they actually get value — driving continued adoption, service expansion, and advisor satisfaction.
This role is ideal for an operator with a product or customer success background who understands not just what software does, but how advisors actually use it — and who can translate platform capability into measurable business outcomes.
This role is fully onsite in Chicago with 10% travel required.
