If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution, this is your seat.

We're building the technology platform that powers a growing portfolio of RIA firms. Each acquisition brings new systems, teams, and expectations. This role ensures the tech organization runs with discipline and clarity - so we can scale without losing speed, quality, or trust.

  • Oversee the MSP relationship - performance, escalations, and continuous improvement.
  • Support management and operations of the cybersecurity program.
  • Lead new partner firm onboarding to MSP, compliance technology, and core IT services.
  • Own the RIA technology experience and Net Promoter Score - track, measure, and improve how partner firms experience our tech.
