Job summary

Viking Electric, part of the Sonepar family, is hiring for a Solutions Center Lead. This full-time role offers hourly pay between $25.00 and $30.00, with a comprehensive benefits package and bonus opportunities based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in operations, distribution, logistics, warehousing or electrical assembly.
• Electrical and/or mechanical background.
• Experience with cycle counting, inventory reconciliation and automated systems.
• Knowledge of VE's system, processes and products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build work orders and provide assistance and training to other associates to ensure orders are built on time and meet quality standards.
• Direct and perform warehousing duties including cycle counting and discrepancy analysis and resolution.
• Ensure customer orders and branch transfers are filled accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and housekeeping.
• Create and maintain job folders with pictures, drawings and instructions for all jobs.
• Analyze and identify root causes of errors and inventory discrepancies.

Solutions Center Lead

Job type: Full Time

Hourly pay: $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Compensation for this position includes hourly pay, short-term incentive bonus, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role.

Minimum work experience requirements:

• Minimum two years working in an environment of operations, distribution, logistics, warehousing, and/or electrical assembly.
• Electrical and/or mechanical background.
• Experience cycle counting, inventory reconciliation and automated systems.
• Knowledge of VE's system, processes, and products is preferred.
