Job summary

Fusion Global Solutions is seeking an accomplished Solutions Architect to lead enterprise architecture across business applications and cloud-native platforms. The role requires deep expertise in microservices, micro-front ends, and 12-factor apps, with a strong software development background and 10+ years in the field.

The ideal candidate will drive architectural decisions, mentor teams, and bridge technical and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment across the organization.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture and Business Application development.
• Experience with architecture patterns such as micro-front ends, microservices, 12 Factor applications.
• Prior Software development background.
• 5+ years of relevant task management experience.
• Hands-on and architectural experience with modern Cloud Native architectures; demonstrated ability to lead architects through organizational change.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required; Advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture and Business Application development
• Extensive experience in Solution Architecture patterns such as micro-front ends, microservices, 12 factor applications etc.
• Prior Software development background
• 5+ years of relevant task management experience
• Hands-on and architectural experience with modern Cloud Native architectures is required, as well as, demonstrable record of leading architects through organizational

transformations

• 3+ years of relevant large-scale enterprise transformation experience as relates to architecture preferred
• Experience in Generative AI, demonstrable record of applicability of AI/ML to solve business problems.
• Prior experience in the primary or secondary mortgage industry is desirable
• Deep knowledge of various enterprise level Platforms widely used in the industry preferred
