What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design robust systems and solutions to enhance operational scale, efficiency, and data-driven insights
- Program manage the technical design and deployment of solutions, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to prioritize and sequence critical work
- Plan half-yearly roadmaps in coordination with engineering teams and business priorities
- Develop comprehensive documentation and cross-train team members on new systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Education: B.S. or M.S. in a business-related or quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Management Information Systems)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in building technology solutions in enterprise sales organizations
- Proficient understanding of data structures, data modeling, database schema, and SQL
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture, particularly Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ
- Proven ability to lead complex technical programs from initiation to completion
