Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Solution Architect – Tools & Developer Experience to drive GenAI-enabled software engineering by designing modern developer platforms, toolchains, and engineering practices.

This role will define architecture patterns that enhance developer productivity through AI-assisted development, CI/CD automation, API integration, and cloud-native engineering while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Experience designing GenAI-enabled development platforms and toolchains.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD automation and security controls.
• Ability to Architect enterprise-scale developer ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Design patterns for GenAI-assisted software development and automation.
• Define and optimize CI/CD pipelines with security and quality checks.

Buffalo, New York (Preferred) / Remote (Will be expected to travel to Buffalo, NY every 4-6 weeks, with Monday through Thursday in the office)

We are seeking a Solution Architect – Tools & Developer Experience to drive the adoption of GenAI-enabled software engineering by designing modern developer platforms, toolchains, and engineering practices. This role will define architecture patterns that enhance developer productivity through AI-assisted development, CI/CD automation, API integration, and cloud-native engineering while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design architecture patterns that enable GenAI-assisted software development, including AI copilots, code generation, and intelligent automation.
• Define and optimize CI/CD pipelines with integrated security, compliance, and quality controls.
• Architect and standardize the enterprise developer toolchain and engineering ecosystem.
• Design scalable API and integration patterns across applications, platforms, and AI services.
• Provide architecture guidance for multi-platform environments, including Azure, co-location, and mainframe integrations.
• Support engineering teams throughout the SDLC, from solution design through production deployment.
• Drive adoption of modern development platforms, SDKs, APIs, and automation tools.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, DevOps, and Security teams to establish best practices and improve the overall developer experience.
