Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Software Test Engineer to design and execute manual and automated tests, and contribute to test strategy across the software development lifecycle. The role emphasizes collaboration across teams and adherence to security and quality standards.

The position requires strong analytical skills, experience with a range of testing tools, and the ability to obtain required certifications within six months.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with manual and automation software testing.
• Experience with test planning, execution, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with Linux or UNIX environments and troubleshooting system or data issues.
• Knowledge of SDLC or STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to analyze requirements, develop test scenarios, and document results.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
• TS/SCI clearance
• HS diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of hire date
