Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a lead test automation engineer to work with test engineers, DevOps, business analysts, and developers to review software design and requirements documentation to understand application functionality.

Lead a team of test automation engineers, establish the test automation strategy, manage the automation framework, and oversee test plans, test case scripting, peer reviews, and test summary reports to ensure a successful release.

Qualifications

• Experience testing across manual and automated domains.
• Ability to design and implement test plans and scripts.
• Experience with Agile environments and test management tools.
• SME in SQL/database/back-end testing.
• Experience supporting UAT with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of test automation engineers and establish test strategy.
• Review software design and requirements to ensure functionality.
• Develop automated scripts and performance tests with Selenium or Rational tools.
• Oversee test plans, scripting, peer reviews, and reports.
• Coordinate data setup and report results to management.
• Interact with clients during testing phases and support UAT.
