Job summary

Trimble is seeking a Solutions Architect to drive digital transformation in construction, connecting customer vision with delivery and product innovation. You will guide enterprise engagements, mentor cross-functional teams, and help modernize client workflows across Trimble Construction One.

Will partner with enterprise clients, architect end-to-end workflows, and influence delivery methodologies while advancing professional services and product integration. Remote-ready with travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience integrating, implementing and/or supporting Trimble Construction One solutions.
• 5+ years of professional consulting or product/project management experience specifically within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of managing complex client relationships, requirements gathering, and driving multi-project engagements.
• Strong familiarity with project management practices and enterprise tools like Salesforce and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic discovery engagements with enterprise clients to design tailored workflow architectures and establish long-term digital strategies.
• Act as a primary technical liaison and mentor across Professional Services, Product, and Development teams to guide new product introductions.
• Collaborate with executive partners and project management teams to innovate delivery methodologies and refine internal consulting environments.

Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
