Job summary

Trimble is seeking a strategic, client-facing lead to connect customer vision with delivery and product innovation in the Enterprise Construction space.

You will guide new product introductions, collaborate with executive partners, and design tailored workflow architectures for enterprise clients while managing multi-project engagements and elevating delivery methodologies. This role offers remote US options and up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience integrating, implementing and/or supporting Trimble App Xchange.
• 5+ years of professional consulting or product/project management experience in construction.
• Familiarity with Trimble software such as Vista/Spectrum ERP, ProjectSight, B2W Estimating and Operational Suite, Tekla PowerFab, etc.
• Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and multi-project engagements.
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary technical liaison across Professional Services, Product, and Development to guide new product introductions.
• Collaborate with executive partners and project management teams to refine delivery methodologies.
• Lead strategic discovery engagements with enterprise clients to design tailored workflow architectures and digital strategies.
• Resolve complex architectural escalations and drive continuous process improvements across client engagements.

You will serve as the strategic bridge connecting customer vision, implementation delivery, and product innovation, directly influencing how enterprise construction leaders modernize their businesses.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary technical liaison and mentor across Professional Services, Product, and Development teams to guide new product introductions.
• Collaborate with executive partners and project management teams to innovate delivery methodologies and refine internal consulting environments.
• Lead strategic discovery engagements with enterprise clients to design tailored workflow architectures and establish long‑term digital strategies.
• Resolve complex architectural escalations while driving continuous process improvements across client engagements.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience integrating, implementing and/or supporting Trimble App Xchange.
• 5+ years of professional consulting or product/project management experience specifically within the construction industry.
• Working knowledge of or experience with other Trimble softwares, such as Vista/Spectrum ERP, ProjectSight, B2W Estimating and Operational Suite, Tekla PowerFab, etc.
• Proven track record of managing complex client relationships, requirements gathering, and driving multi‑project engagements.
• Strong familiarity with project management practices and enterprise tools like Salesforce and Google Suite.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience utilizing Professional Services Automation tools such as Kantata.
• PMP certification or formal background in instructional design and technical consulting.

Compensation:

Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

Hiring Range $99,600.00–$137,000.00
