Trimble is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to bridge customer vision, delivery, and product innovation for the Construction One suite. You will guide complex engagements and mentor cross‑functional teams to tailor architectures and delivery methods that fit client needs.

With a focus on long‑term digital strategies and enterprise workflows, you will shape implementation approaches and ensure alignment across Consulting, Product, and Engineering teams in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Trimble Construction One software applications (Spectrum ERP).
• 10+ years of professional consulting experience specifically within the construction industry.
• Deep expertise in construction business processes, specifically accounting or project management workflows.
• Proven track record of managing complex client relationships, requirements gathering, and driving multi-project engagements.
• Strong familiarity with project management practices and enterprise tools like Salesforce and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Deep expertise in construction business processes, specifically within accounting principles (General Ledger, AP/AR, Payroll) or project management workflows (Job Costing, Change Management, Billing).
• Proven track record of managing complex client relationships, requirements gathering, and driving multi-project engagements.
• Strong familiarity with project management practices and enterprise tools like Salesforce and Google Suite.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience utilizing Smartsheet or Professional Services Automation tools such as Kantata.
• PMP certification or formal background in instructional design and technical consulting.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
