TikTok USDS Joint Venture in San Jose is looking for a Senior Security Solution Architect. This individual will lead cross-functional teams in designing compliance-by-design solutions and ensure alignment on security architecture. Candidates must have over 5 years of hands-on experience in security architecture, particularly in complex environments. The role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to create sustainable security solutions while considering business objectives.
The Security and Information Technology team is missioned to run and operate security infrastructures, platforms and technologies, as well as to support cross‑functional teams to protect our users, products and infrastructures. In this team you'll have a unique opportunity to have first‑hand exposure to the strategy of the company in key security initiatives, especially in deploying and maintaining scalable and secure‑by‑design systems and solutions. The Security Solution Architect is a senior individual contributor and the front door for internal USDS JV teams and product engineering teams on security architecture and compliant solutions. The role is responsible and accountable for fully understanding the end‑to‑end technical security architecture of assigned products and services and for designing, governing, and continuously improving technical security solutions that translate complex national‑security and compliance obligations into tangible, effective, and sustainable controls that are also business‑friendly.
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $199,800 - $441,600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
