Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Solutions Architect to design a secure, scalable DoD network and lead a team of SMEs through acquisition, installation, configuration, and maintenance of network, cloud, and security components.

You will collaborate with DoD experts and executives to translate strategic goals into actionable network plans, applying Zero Trust and best‑practice security across platforms to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• Experience selecting, designing, and implementing security tools for large organizations.
• Experience with software inventory and vulnerability scanning, DevSecOps and Continuous ATO.
• Experience architecting Zero Trust roadmaps and aligning with NIST 800-207 and DoD reference architecture.
• Ability to work with senior leaders, including CISO, CIO, and CTO, to mature cybersecurity capabilities.
• Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs, customers, vendors to learn goals and needs shaping the network requirements.
• Lead planning for acquisition, installation, configuration, and maintenance of network, cloud, and security components.
• Resolve interoperability issues across platforms and support hardware acquisition.
• Automate networking systems and leverage cloud technologies to broaden network engineering.
• Support DoD enterprise network security to meet mission requirements.
