Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect to lead architecture and design of advanced cybersecurity solutions for federal networks. You will coordinate with a team of experts to translate client IT needs into secure, effective implementation plans, balancing security with mission requirements.

You will drive design decisions across IoT, Cloud security, A&O, identity management, and machine learning domains, collaborating with senior leaders and customers to mature capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with cybersecurity.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical project delivery for large, complex organizations.
• 5+ years of experience in network architecture and design.
• Experience architecting Zero Trust solutions and DoD frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-207).
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level III and IASAE Level II certifications such as SecurityX or CISSP.
• Ability to obtain CSSP-IS certification within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design efforts of cybersecurity solutions and service offerings to protect federal networks.
• Coordinate with a team of experts to translate customer IT needs into secure, effective plans.
• Guide the team through critical network and systems design, balancing security and mission needs.
• Lead cybersecurity technologies and domains including IoT, Cloud security, A&O, IAM, and ML.
