Hyro is seeking a Solutions Architect in NYC to lead post-sales deployments of our responsible AI agents. You will own client projects, advise stakeholders, and ensure successful implementations that align with business goals.

The role requires 4+ years in a technical architecture role, strong deployment and troubleshooting skills, and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle. Hybrid work with a NYC office and HIPAA-aware healthcare focus.

Qualificações

• 4+ years as a Solutions Architect or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Experience in managing deployments, providing technical support, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and product strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Own client projects and manage deployments of Hyro’s AI agents.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders (Eng, PM, CS, Sales).
• Design, modify, and test Hyro’s products in the client environment and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide architectural recommendations and scoping during post-sales engagements.

What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our growing post-sales team in NYC. As a Solutions Architect, you will be an integral part of a growing team of top professionals that drives next-generation conversational AI experiences. You will be a trusted advisor to our clients and be an essential part of their success by performing scoping meetings, making architectural recommendations for Hyro’s product, and delivering high-quality deployments. As a passionate technologist and customer advocate, you will bridge the gap and connect the dots between the technical solution and business value for the customer from post-sales to the maintenance stage.

Responsibilities

• Immerse yourself in Conversational AI and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) technologies and innovations, and work closely with the R&D department to keep improving our state-of-the-art solution
• Own the client’s projects, managing deployments of Hyro’s responsible AI Agents
• Project confidence as a trusted advisor for customers as well as internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success, Sales, and more
• Advise clients on best practices, understanding the client’s goals and prescribing the best approach to achieve those goals
• Designing, modifying, and testing Hyro’s products on customer's environment and troubleshooting should we encounter issues.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect of a technical product or other relevant customer-facing technical positions
• Experience in managing deployments, providing technical support, and troubleshooting
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent; deep technical understanding
• Strong understanding of all aspects of the product and software development lifecycle, including product strategy, roadmap, and release
• Ability to make trade-offs between long-term vision & strategy and short-term needs
• Exceptional multi-tasker with great communication skills
• Be proactive in addressing and foreseeing issues that may come up during the deployment cycles

Bonus Points

• Experience in a healthtech company
• Experience with ML / AI / NLU technologies and products

This is a hybrid role, with at least three days per week in our NYC office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

The salary range for this NY-based position is $140K – $175K annually, exempt, and is based on experience, qualifications, and skills. Compensation for candidates outside New York may vary with local cost of labor.
