Job summary

Middesk, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect to own the technical health, adoption, and growth of our Mid Market and Scaled book of business.

You’ll partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure customers realize full value from initial implementation through long-term partnership. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding integrations, troubleshooting, and driving performance improvements while influencing product direction and roadmap with

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or similar.
• Experience supporting B2B SaaS products with API-first or data-centric integrations.
• Strong familiarity with APIs, data workflows, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship for key accounts and be the primary technical contact.
• Drive onboarding and implementation with Sales and Customer Success to production.
• Monitor health and performance; identify risks and coordinate resolutions.
• Develop deep expertise in Middesk APIs, data products, and verification workflows.
