HBK CPAs & Consultants in Warrendale, PA is seeking a Solutions Architect Manager to lead a small development team and drive modernization of mission-critical, SQL-based and cloud applications supporting accounting and advisory workflows.

You will balance legacy stability with Azure-based modernization, applying risk-aware governance in a large public accounting firm and shaping cloud and AI initiatives while mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience supporting enterprise SQL-based applications.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments.
• Experience leading small development teams in regulated environments.

This role balances legacy enterprise system stability with thoughtful modernization using Microsoft Azure and emerging AI-enabled development techniques.
