Job summary

Vercel is seeking a Solution Architect to bridge pre-sales and post-sales for enterprise customers. You will design architectures for Agentic workflows, deliver tailored demos, and drive pilots end-to-end, aligning resources to ensure measurable business outcomes.

You will engage with executives and engineers, shaping deployment strategies, security reviews, and on-going success across multiple regions while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a customer-facing technical role (solutions architect, sales engineer, platform architect)
• Strong hands-on skills with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web frameworks, including Next.js
• Understanding of web performance, caching, security, and AI/LLM workloads for enterprise architectures

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with Sales and shape solution strategy for key opportunities
• Design target architectures for modern Agentic workflows and AI/web applications
• Create and deliver tailored demos, technical presentations, and workshops that articulate Vercel's value
• Own and run proofs of concept and pilots end-to-end: define success criteria and remove blockers
• Act as lead architect post-sale for strategic accounts, guiding onboarding and reference implementations
