Job summary

Connection is seeking an ATC Solutions Architect to translate customer requirements into scalable ATC configurations at the Technology Integration and Distribution Center. You will partner with customers, account teams, SEG, vendors, and operations to define deployment strategies for complex technology solutions.

The role spans enterprise networking, wireless, security, cloud-managed infrastructure, data center technologies, and automation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Major: Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Certifications: SCCM, Azure, Microsoft 365, MCSE, Security+, CCIE, CCNP, PCNSE, Fortinet NSE, VMware VCP, AWS Solutions Architect, CISSP, JNCIS, JNCIP.
Experience as Technical Solutions Architect or similar advisory role.
Ability to translate requirements into executable solution methodologies.
Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Advanced knowledge of enterprise networking including routing, switching, wireless, SDN/SD-WAN/SASE.
Experience with enterprise security solutions and Zero Trust architectures.
Experience with Cisco, VMware, Microsoft, RedHat, Nautobot, Netbox, F5 and related platforms.

Responsibilities

Conduct customer discovery sessions to identify objectives, requirements, constraints, and operational considerations.
Translate customer requirements into ATC-deliverable solutions and service offerings.
Develop deployment methodologies, standards, and workflows for ATC execution teams.
Evaluate solution feasibility across networking, security, cloud, compute, virtualization, and data center technologies.
Collaborate with SEG, account teams, vendors, and ATC operations to build scalable customer solutions.
Develop technical SOWs, deployment approaches, and implementation guidance.
Establish repeatable deployment models to improve consistency, scalability, and quality.
Serve as a technical advisor during engagements, workshops, reviews, and design discussions.
Assist with RFPs, RFIs, and validation activities.
Identify opportunities for automation and orchestration within ATC delivery.
Create and maintain reference architectures, best practices, and documentation.
Maintain expertise across enterprise infrastructure technologies and certifications.
