Job summary

Connection is seeking an ATC Solutions Architect for Technology Integration and Distribution Center (TIDC) to translate customer requirements into scalable ATC configurations and lead deployment strategies across networking, security, cloud, and data center technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Degree fields include Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking Engineering or Cybersecurity.
• Experience as Technical Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Enterprise Architect, or similar advisory role.
• Ability to conduct technical discovery sessions and translate customer intent into executable methodologies.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery to identify objectives, requirements, constraints, and considerations.
• Translate requirements into ATC-deliverable solutions and service offerings.
• Develop deployment standards, methodologies, and operational workflows for ATC execution teams.
• Evaluate feasibility across networking, security, cloud, compute, virtualization, and data center technologies.
• Collaborate with SEG, account teams, vendors, and ATC operations to develop scalable solutions.
• Create statements of work, deployment approaches, and technical documentation.
• Establish repeatable deployment models to improve consistency and quality.
• Serve as a technical advisor during engagements, workshops and design reviews.
• Assist with RFP/RFI, technical validation and solution qualification.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in ATC delivery.
• Maintain reference architectures and best practices.
